Here Are 8 Times We Wished Manish Malhotra Designed Our Wedding Trousseau!

From Bollywood heroines to gorgeous brides, Manish Malhotra has always given us some serious bridal trousseau goals. Who can forget Anushka Sharma’s heavy lehenga in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil or Alia Bhatt’s bandhini chudidaars in Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya? The design prodigy has mastered the art of costume design in films, fashion and is a popular favourite amongst brides too. In fact, his designs have inspired many young designers worldwide. But considering his creations come with a hefty price tag, here are a few times we WISHED we could own his creations…

1. Corals are back with a bang!

So judging by Kiara Advani’s bright wardrobe, corals definitely are back with a bang. The pretty actress wore a coral shaded brocade lehenga paired with a fun off shoulder, which we feel is oh-so-perfect for a day wedding.

2. Red and Violet? Why not!

The rare combination of red and violet with a mix of a soft one shoulder frilled top is giving us major lehenga goals. Sophie Choudry’s structured handloom brocade skirt paired with a Paithani border makes for a gorgeous combo that we would love to wear at our bestie’s sangeet.

3. Princess feels

Need we say more? Katrina Kaif looked nothing short of a princess in a gorgeous powder blue pastel shaded flowy trail lehenga. She paired it with a metallic cold shoulder blouse that has given us enough reason to inspire our tailor!

Has Aditi Rao Hydari ever made any bad fashion choices? We loved her in this timeless Banarasi handloom skirt which she paired with a royal blue off-shoulder top. We think it adds quite a ethnic twist to the otherwise traditional outfit.
