None of us are strangers to the phenomenon that has taken over an entire nation – Virushka; a word that has been shipped harder than the Titanic ever did! But, what really interests me, as an ordinary woman living in an extraordinary world, is the wonder and amazement behind the amount of goals we’re pinning on Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. Why indeed is every individual – man, or woman; teenager, or senior citizen – going crazy over the couple? They’re not even remotely related to anyone. Truth be told, no other celebrity wedding created this amount of a buzz; I doubt even Prince William and Kate Middleton ever did!

I got two astrological experts – Paarul Chand, Tarot Reader and Mrs. Shelly Maheshwari Gupta, Astro numerologist/ Tarot /Vastu Expert – to weigh in on why Virat and Anushka work, as a couple; why their relationship remains one to look up to like none other and what could possibly in store for them in the near future.

As per the tarot cards read by Chand, for Anushka Sharma, her marriage to Virat Kohli is the result of a strong karmic connection. She views Virat as her destiny and soulmate; though she is also well aware of the amount of work she still needs to put in, in order to keep the relationship balanced and steady.
For Virat Kohli, his relationship and equation with Anushka is a the result of a strong wish come true of wanting someone in his life with whom he can truly be himself. “She is also a reminder of the best from his past relationships. These are not necessarily romantic ties; but also stems from a strong relationship in general – a family member or close friend that had a great deal of influence on Virat,” reveals Chand.
Force Of Attraction
What draws them together is a strong quality of empathy for others and it wouldn’t be surprising if they went to the extent of starting a social enterprise together. “Their powerful connection that can shine when obstacles to intimacy are cleared away,” Gupta quips. “When Scorpio realizes that Taurus is there for the long term and won’t create the misery that some Scorpios attract to their lives, this relationship can blossom.”
Taurus and Scorpio are both Fixed Signs. This means they’re both pretty stubborn and resolute once their minds are made up. “Let’s hope their minds agree—if not, they’re prone to fights the likes of which neither experiences with any other Sign,” Gupta says.
She further adds that “These partners must learn to discuss their views and needs openly and to reach a compromise if they want their union to be lasting and happy. This largely depends on Scorpio’s ability to learn to trust Taurus.” The relationship will only fail, Gupta informs, if the two partners truly cannot overcome their opinionated, fixed stances.
According to oastrologer, Acharya Vinod Kumar Ojha, “As per the planetary study, both Virat and Anushka have manglik dosh and thus the dosh gets cancelled.” Acharya Vinod Ji advices the couple to perform Ganpati Puja to maintain love and trust in the life and to continue with a happily married life. “Thus, we see that marriage will boost their prospects and make their life happier. Their marriage will be lucky,” he concludes.
Future Foresightedness
“I don’t see a child in the picture in the first 2 to 3 years of marriage. They are also lucky for each other money wise, and so, any venture they put their name to jointly will do well,” says Chand.
Both their careers will also continue to grow well, with Anushka choosing to do more production work; maybe ever directing. “Virat will do exceptionally well; but, he should guard himself from any kind of gossip against him,” she reveals.
To protect themselves and their relationship, Chand suggests the couple try and do some meditation with a special focus on the third eye chakra.
“Their guardian angel is Raphael,” says Chand. “This means that they can meditate on the colour green, or wear the colour to channel the energies of Archangel Raphael for health.”
Looks like Virat and Anushka were, indeed, meant to be.
