1. A Smart Tuxedo (In our case, that perfect LBD)
Most of us have seen our boyfriends in a made-to-measure suit at weddings and parties.
What I Learnt: Always have that one perfect go-to outfit like a cute black dress, that is appropriate for important events. Trust me, there should be some outfits in your closet that you can wear without thinking twice.
2. Invest In Classics
Ever wondered why your BF’s closet does not have unnecessary clothes? But somehow he always ends up looking better than you? (not always though!) Well, watch and learn darling. When will you understand the importance of the classics!
What I Learnt: It is important to invest in classic pieces like a crisp white shirt, or a pair of perfectly fitted denims. Also, if you don’t hoard up on clothes that you don’t really need, you get more storage space!
3. Denims FTW
Be it jackets, shirts or shorts, a guy’s closet is plenty on denim.
What I Learnt: Denims are a good piece of investment. Apart from jeans, one adorable denim jacket for winters.
4. An Outfit For Every Occasion
Ever noticed how your boyfriend has an office wear wardrobe, outfits for when he goes golfing with the boys, skiing, motorbike hiking, traditional festivities or that perfect ensemble for a black tie event?
What I Learnt: My friend, another important style lesson for you – it is important to be adequately dressed for an event and have an outfit ready for every occasion! Remember, a little bit of planning goes a long way.
