Padmavati has been talked about way before the stars started teasing us with posters and looks. Right from the attack on the director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali during the shoot, the film had already found its limelight. And the trailer proves it was for all the right reasons!
With Bhansali, you always expect the set to be straight out of a storybook and if the history looked anything like this, we wouldn’t mind re-visiting the past for a while, am I right? Taking the bold move of judging a movie by its trailer, I’d say there couldn’t have been a better cast than Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor who fit into the role like it was specially moulded for them.
The trailer released at 13:03 PM exact today and that has a significance too, for the reason that Alauddin Khilji started his siege for Chittor in the year 1303.
