This Woman’s *Secret* To A Happy Marriage Is So Spot On!

We often come across the question that what is the secret to a successful marriage? And well, the most obvious answers are to not go to bed angry or to never forget to say ‘I Love You’ once in awhile. But somehow it isn’t as simple as that. There’s more to living a ‘happily ever after’ than some cliched advice. So what is it? Here’s Nikki Pennington – a popular blogger who posted about the secret to a happy marriage on Facebook and it’s all the insight we need.

She points out that relationships aren’t a joy ride always. There are difficult times but that doesn’t mean that we should give up on each other. The secret is to hold on. She explains, “It’s hanging on tight when you are young, newly married and living on frozen dinners because it’s all you can afford. It’s staying up all night in tears with your first newborn child because you both are over tired, overwhelmed, and scared to death but you are in it together.” She goes on by insisting to never stop keeping up and supporting each other, failing which can cause a hindrance in a relationship.
