Your wedding day has finally arrived and regardless of a great wardrobe or even better makeup, skincare is of utmost importance. Here are some amazing night-time beauty habits for the to-be bride that’ll guarantee beautiful skin on your big day!

1. Remove your makeup, girlie!

This is the first and foremost step that you should never ever skip. We know you must be exhausted after all the wedding shopping, and all you want is a good night’s sleep, but first get rid of all that makeup if you don’t want to wake up with blotched skin.

2. Cleansing, cleansing all the way…

Once the makeup is off, make sure you wash and cleanse your face properly. You can use a mild face wash and a cleansing lotion for this. Make sure all the cosmetics are of a mild base or ones  that are not too harsh on the skin.

3. Moisturisation is a key!

We have been hearing this one forever, but not many of us take it seriously. Well moisturised skin has a glow that cannot be obtained by anything else. You can use a mild moisturiser or even some natural ingredients like coconut oil and aloe vera if you want to go natural.

4. Exfoliate and moisturise that pout…

Now that the skin is taken care of, let’s go to the other most important part – your lips. We are sure you want that perfect pout for your wedding day. To achieve it, you need to take good care of your lips. Exfoliate them with a lemon juice and sugar mixture, and then apply lip balm to wake up with soft and supple lips the next morning.

5. Take care of those pretty eyes!

Your eyes are the window to your soul and definitely require much attention and love. We advise you use a soothing under eye cream every night to carefully moisturize the sensitive skin under your eyes. It not only helps with the dark circles, but also makes sure your eyes look fresh and prettier than they already are.

6. Sleep tight, but sleep right!

You must obviously think that dozing off is the easiest thing to do on this list. But nope, it doesn’t end here. Sleeping RIGHT is the keyword here. Avoid sleeping on your back if you don’t want early wrinkles!

7. Kill that stress!
