The chemistry between the lead actors, Anushka Shetty and Prabhas, in Baahubali 2: The Conclusion was spellbinding! And we wouldn’t have wanted to miss out on any chance of seeing them together, again, right?
The makers of Saaho, a movie which is scheduled to release next year, after approaching several Bollywood actress’, confirmed a while back that Anushka Shetty will return to the screen as Prabhas’ female lead in the movie and we were super excited about the news! But now, according to a report in Bollywoodlife, she might get dropped from Saaho. Why? Because of being ‘overweight’. Yes, we all know that she had to put on weight for her movie Size Zero but she was working hard on losing weight for her upcoming movie too. Due to an injury on set, the process got delayed. As the source quotes, ‘Anushka was training hard for her role in Saaho. However, her weight has become a bone of contention. She is still about five to eight kilos overweight. And this might cost her the film itself.’
Prabhas has already begun shooting for his next hit. We understand that Sujeeth Reddy wants to show the glamorous avatar of Anushka in Saaho. And of course, we adore her looks but we actually love her beyond that! Though we still await an official confirmation from the makers about the final cast of Saaho. After all, Anushka and Prabhas’s acting talent and chemistry make them a perfect couple more than their looks does!
