How To Make A *Healthy* Strawberry Mango Smoothie At Home!

‘You can’t be sad when you’re holding a smoothie.’ There’s no better way to beat the heat than with a healthy and chilled smoothie. That feeling of the oh-so-thick and oh-so-smooth drink of fresh fruits going down the throat, leaving behind just the right amount of the yogurt’s sourness. Oh!

Read on to know how to make a super quick, super easy strawberry mango smoothie…It sure will be your new summer fave!

What you need:

– 1 1/2 cups mangoes, diced and chilled

– 3/4 cup strawberries, halved and chilled

– 2 small bananas, frozen

– 1/2 cup curd

– honey, optional

Instructions:

– Put the mangoes, strawberries, bananas and curd in a blender and blend until smooth.

– Add honey if required and blend again. If you like a thinner smoothie, add milk or coconut water as per the desired consistency.

This smoothie is pure yummy in the tummy!
