1. Wonder Woman
Scheduled For Release: 2nd June
A film any DC comic fan wouldn’t trade the world for. Gal Gadot, who plays the protagonist Wonder Woman aka Diana Prince, looks so badass and we think she really will do justice to the character. Here’s a teaser – she becomes the world’s greatest superhero only after American pilot, Steve Trevor, crashes on the island of Themyscira and tells her about a world war that’s happening. On hearing this, Diana packs up and leaves her home to stop the war. Well, you’ll only know what will happen next once you watch it in 2017!
2. Kaabil
Scheduled For Release: 26th January
This film really personifies the fact that love is blind. It’s the next romantic action thriller film to hit the screens. The cast looks promising and the storyline seems unique – it’s about two lovers who don’t have the gift of sight, but find a way into each other’s hearts through a series of events. We really hope to see Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam slay it next year! *fingers crossed*
3. Despicable Me 3
Scheduled For Release: 30th June
The adorable minions are back! Totally the kind of movie that will make you feel like a kid again! You can expect it to hit the screens in June next year. The plot is about Gru’s sibling rivalry with his long lost brother, Dru. We wish we had a bit more deets, but we’re sure Despicable Me 3 will not disappoint.
4. Ok Jaanu
Scheduled For Release: 13th January
*Mush Alert!* You should watch this cute movie with your boyfriend. Produced by KJo, it stars Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur! You want to know what’s even better in the film?! The fact that the two of them actually move to the city of dreams, Mumbai, to pursue their dreams. They have a no strings attached kinda relationship and taxing careers. The main question is what will they choose in the end, the career of their dreams or the love of their life? Only time will tell…
5. Fifty Shades Darker
Scheduled For Release: 10th February
If you haven’t had enough of Fifty Shades of Grey, get ready to be blown away by Fifty Shades Darker. Will Christian be able to battle his inner demons? Will Anastasia confront the anger and the envy of the women who came before her? THIS coming Valentine’s Day, you’re sure to have your answer.
6. Raees
Scheduled For Release: 26th January
It’s an SRK film and we can tell you that it’s going to one of a kind. Set in Gujrat, it’s to do with alcohol, prostitution and illegal drugs. Plus, Shah Rukh is the protagonist in this film! We know he’s aced all of his movies in the past and we’re sure that this one won’t be any different!
7. Beauty And The Beast
Scheduled For Release: 17th March
If you’ve grown up watching Disney movies, watching this film adaptation should be on your bucket list. It’s about a monstrous prince who falls in love with a young girl named, Belle (Emma Watson) whose ultimate goal in the film is to fall in love with the prince in order to break the curse. We can’t wait for this film to hit the silver screen soon!
8. Jagga Jasoos
Scheduled For Release: 7th April
After much delay, this film is finally making it to the silver screen. Can’t wait to see the chemistry between Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor. Ranbir plays a detective in the movie and is on a mission to find his missing father along with his ladylove assistant, Katrina Kaif.
9. A Dog’s Purpose
Scheduled For Release: 27th January
Just like humans, dogs have a purpose too! We bet this one is going to make us teary eyed for sure. It’s about a dog living several lifetimes just so that he can discover his purpose on this planet. If you’re a dog lover yourself, this is the film for you!
10. xXx: Return Of Xander Cage
Scheduled For Release: 20th January
After watching the trailer, we can’t help but admire Deepika Padukone’s acting skills and beauty. Seeing the duo, Vin Diesel and Deepika Padukone, in action makes us squeal with excitement! It’s probably going to steal the ‘movie of the year’ title too! Here’s a tip: make sure that you watch this action packed movie in 3D for a better visual experience.
11. Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales

A movie series that gets better by the year, Pirates of the Caribbean is back! And this time, we can’t wait to see what tricks and secrets Captain Jack Sparrow has up his sleeves. Expect lots of action, lots of twist, lots of kickass graphics and most importantly, lots of memories.
12. Baywatch

A movie that stars Dwayne Johnson, Priyanka Chopra and Zac Efron together is movie that deserves to be watched! The American action comedy film is going to sizzle all the way to the silver screen in May.

Scheduled For Release: 3rd May
Have you ever attended a wedding where you felt that you didn’t quite fit in? That’s exactly what Eloise McGarry experiences in this movie. It’s a comedy drama film that will give you your perfect dose of laughter when you need an instant mood lifter! It stars Lisa Kudrow and Anna Kendrick, which is just another reason we can’t wait to watch it!
14. Badrinath Ki Dulhania
Scheduled For Release: 10th March
If you’ve watched Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, you HAVE to watch this movie too! It stars Bollywood heartthrob, Varun Dhawan, and the bubbly, Alia Bhatt. Both are fantastic actors and both share an amazing chemistry on screen too. Surprise us, 2017!
15. Meri Pyaari Bindu

Parineeti Chopra and Ayushmann Khurrana play the leads in this exciting film. We bet that it’s going to be a fun-loving and light movie. Plus, don’t you think the two look quite cute together onscreen?! We think so too!
