Jiggle, Bulge, Spill: 10 Bra Problems EVERY Girl Faces!
We all have a love-hate relationship with our bras. As much as we love buying and wearing a sexy lacy bra, there is nothing better than taking it off as soon as we reach home! The wrong bra can be an absolute pain sometimes, which is why it’s important to invest in the right one. From back bulge to side spillage, here are 10 common bra problems and their fixes. 1. The case of the uniboob
This is a common problem amongst girls with a bigger bust and it’s mostly the reliable sports bra that causes this issue. Some bras just have the power to make it seem like you have only one boob.

2. When the centre of your bra just won’t sit flat!
Yes, the centre part of your bra is supposed to lie flat on your chest. In case it doesn’t, it means you’re wearing a bra with a cup size smaller than yours. You should be able to lift your arm over your head without the underwire getting lifted off your chest.
The fix: Go up by a cup size.
3. Slipping bra straps
Haven’t we all faced this problem at least once? If your bra straps keep falling, try tightening them. If they still keep slipping it means your bra straps aren’t able to support your bust.
The fix: Make sure to always go for a smaller band size so that they stay in place.
4. When the band keeps riding up your back
The band of your bra is supposed to be horizontally parallel to the ground. If it keeps riding up your back it means you’re wearing the wrong band size.
The fix: Go up by a band size. Say from a 32C to 34C.
5. Back bulge!
Just because your back bulges out sometimes doesn’t necessarily mean you need to lose weight. You might be noticing this problem because your bra is probably too tight for you. Your bra size can vary from brand to brand, so don’t worry!
The fix: Go up by a band size or try a bra with a wider band to smoothen it out.

7. The ‘quadboob’ effect
Because who said four boobs are better than two? Spillage from the top happens when the bra is tight enough to squeeze up a part of the breasts above the fabric of the cups. Making it seem like you have four boobs!

8. The underboob issue
Nobody likes to keep adjusting their bra because their underboob is constantly peeking out. You should be able to raise your arms without your boobs jutting out from the bottom.
The fix: Measure yourself and go for a bigger cup or band size.
9. Side spillage… *sigh*
Side spillage happens when your breasts settle towards the sides and not in the front or centre. The bust spilling out from the sides can make your boobs look disproportionate to your body.

Ouch! Chafing occurs when your bra is too tight, because of which your breasts rub against each other. You should try different bras that shift your boobs away from each other and allow them to breathe.
