Debasree Banerjee has a degree in biotechnology and a masters in management but blogging is her true passion. Her interest in beauty blogs and videos drove her to start her own blog All She Needs. Here she writes about the latest in makeup, skincare, product reviews, hairstyles, nail art tutorials, personal style and lifestyle. What sparked your interest in fashion?
I am actually more interested in beauty than fashion. I’ve always loved the art of it, how you can create beautiful/colorful looks and wash it all away at the end of the day.
What is your personal style statement?
I think it’s very laid back and chill (haha), but I am always experimenting with my makeup.
What made you take up blogging?
I’ve been reading blogs since 2008 and I thought of sharing my own personal musings online too.
What would you like to tell all aspiring bloggers?
Be consistent and work hard.

I think it’s my ability to look at the positive aspect of every situation.
10.If you could be anyone for a day, who would you like to be?
I’d like to be Lisa Eldridge and learn everything that she knows about makeup in a day.
