The first time I had sex, it was everything I could have ever wanted. It was intimate, not too painful and with someone I loved. That was enough…for the first time. Soon I realized, having had sex much later in life than any of my friends, I had this urgency in me to experiment – a LOT. And even though I was very comfortable talking about sex with my boyfriend, I was still rarely the person who initiated new things in the bedroom (or outside the bedroom, for that matter).
So every time my boyfriend suggested something new, I would respond with a lot of enthusiasm, hoping to convey what I was really thinking.
