It’s almost that time of the year when wedding planning is mostly done with and the one thing that is on every couple’s mind is the pre-wedding shoot! Every bride and groom want pictures that are dreamy, magical and oh-so-romantic. And the location sure does play a major role in getting the desired results. We spoke to Monisha Ajgaonkar, Founder/ Director, The Photo Diary to dish out her favourite and most romantic photoshoot locations in Mumbai. Here are Monisha’s Top 5! 1. Mahalaxmi Race Course
One would hardly call Mahalaxmi Race Course romantic. But the photographs we shot there during Mitali and Siddharth’s wedding turned out to be extremely unique. With the horses in the background, the setting seemed just perfect. This is now one of my top photoshoot locations in the city!
2. Aamby Valley City
Aamby Valley has this massive DDLJ vibe! It’s almost nostalgic. And that’s exactly what did it for us at the couple shoots done here. Full of romance! 
3. In The Lands Of Bandra
Every Mumbaikar has passed by this spot but maybe it’s never struck people as a good location for photography. A barren land near Candies at Bandra Reclamation, this is truly one amazing place. Extremely peaceful and romantic and it’s pure fun to shoot here.

4. Turf Club
The photo itself says why this is such a romantic spot! Just the perfect ambience to capture a couple in love.
5. JW Marriott
Set on Juhu Beach, this upscale hotel sure does make for an awesome location. The luxurious feel of the hotel and the modern interiors make every pre-wedding shoot super special!
