A fashion enthusiast and travel junkie – Shivani Patil’s blog is the best of all things. She believes that blogging has led her to not only help girls with their daily fashion needs and queries, but it has also has helped her to grow as a person. What sparked your interest in fashion and beauty?
There is nothing in particular that sparked my interest in fashion and beauty, I’ve always been interested in these subjects. This may sound clichéd but as a kid, when my mom would go out during the day, I would sneak into her room and try out all her lipsticks from her makeup drawer! :p
What is your personal style statement?
I don’t like to put my style in a box. I’m open to any kind of style whether it’s boho, chic, girly or minimalistic. If I can carry it off with confidence, I’m all for it.
What made you take up blogging?
I’ve always been interested in fashion and beauty, but after school and I somehow ended up studying BMM (even though I wanted to do something related to fashion). I started blogging because it’s my way of doing what I’ve always wanted to do and I absolutely love it!!
What would you like to tell all aspiring bloggers?
Don’t doubt yourself when you start your blog. Just go with the flow and produce content that is original and amazing! Also, don’t forget to work hard and be passionate about your blog. These are the two things that are the prime keys to success!

I love watching movies in the theatre! I’m the last person you should ask for a movie review because I end up liking any and almost every movie I watch. You can call me a movie buff.

My punctuality and my OCD of getting things done the way I want them and trying to get them done on time.
10.If you could be anyone for a day, who would you like to be?
Carrie Bradshaw (from Sex and the City). Who wouldn’t want to be her and have a closet like hers? It’s shoe heaven!
