1. With Lemon For Tired Skin
Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which brightens your skin and helps to fade blemishes, while whiskey tightens the pores. Together, they make a perfect pick-me-up for tired and dull looking skin. Use 2 tablespoons of whiskey with 1 tablespoon of lemon.
2. Water + Whiskey
Make that on the rocks if you want to enjoy a drink. Or else, try it as a face mask (minus the ice)! Take a cup of water, add a few drops of whiskey and use a cotton ball to dab it all over your face and neck. Let it dry and wash off to reveal glowing skin.
3. Honey For Freshness
To a spoonful of honey, add a few drops of whiskey, mix it well and apply it on your face. Let it sit for about 15 minutes and massage with damp fingers before washing off. Honey acts as a humectant and moisturizes the skin while whiskey tightens it.
A teaspoon of milk (or milk powder) mixed with a few drops of whiskey works wonders to rejuvenate, tighten and resurface your skin. Milk contains lactic acid (a mild exfoliant) which sloughs off the dead skin cells and reveals fresh dewy skin.
5. Get Eggy
Beat an egg white and add one teaspoon of whiskey. Now, add a teaspoon of milk powder and whisk again to get the perfect consistency. Apply this mask for about 10-15 minutes. It works wonders as part of an anti-ageing routine.
6. Chocolate Makes Everything Better
Mix some cocoa powder with a few drops of whiskey and water to make a thin paste. Let it sit on your face until it dries and wash off. This one smells good enough to eat and will brighten up your complexion.
