3. Stay fresh and oil-free all day

While we are out of the house for a good 8-10 hours, facing the heat and pollution, there is one thing we should all do – keep our skin acne-free. And if you have oily skin, you know you’re dreaming about the impossible. Not anymore! 4. Be on time

Your professors are unlikely to be very impressed with the friends you’ve made and the glow on your skin though. All they need is your attention and interest. And to show you’re interested, it is important to show up for classes on time. At least for the first couple of months till they know you and you’ve made a lasting first impression *wink*.

5. Interact more with people

We are all very shy on the first day of college (been there done that) but truth is you’ve got to step out of your comfort zone to learn and gain more knowledge. The key to a good college journey is to make friends and/or acquaintances who you can talk to and take the help of whenever you need. Interacting with people also helps you learn about different things like culture and traditions, arts and music etc. College is the only time you get to make some lasting memories. first day of college

Participating in extracurricular activities gives your confidence a boost and also helps you develop the skills you already have.

7. Explore your campus and the areas around it

Don’t just ramble around from college to canteen to your way back home. Instead, explore your college campus no matter how big or small it is because you will be spending a lot of time there. Look for places that can be your secret hideouts (if you know what we mean ;)), or simply find a place to take a break from classes. first day of college Also, remember that it is only your first couple of months.
