Stop Asking Us To Become “Fair” – A Must-Watch For EVERY Girl!

Open up the newspaper, switch on the TV, and there it is – another fairness cream commercial. Go to the store to pick up a sunscreen Lotion, and there it is – a line that claims it *also* makes your skin fair. Do we really need such messages all around us that end up making us feel like we aren’t good enough the way we are? Correct us if we’re mistaken, but we thought the whole point of these brands and products was that they’re suppose to make us feel even more beautiful? Oh, well. We don’t know when things are going to change for the better, but we think, at least, that they’re starting to. We felt really moved after watching this “Be Fair” ad by Banjara’s. It might actually be a bit too relatable because of how many of our mothers and grandmothers have reacted in similar situations. Watch it now – it’s definitely a step in the right direction!
