Begin by stretching your body with these simple exercises:

1. Knee To Chest/ The Belly Cutter


Bring one knee to your chest, keeping the other flat on the bed. Repeat with the other leg. This will help in getting rid of the belly fat.

2. Butterfly Stretch/ The Thigh Toner


Bring the soles of your feet together with your knees pointing outwards and grasp your toes with your hands. Move your knees up and down in a butterfly flutter kind of a motion.This works well top open up your inner thighs.

3. Cobra Stretch/ Flexibility Increaser


Lie flat on your stomach and push yourself up. Bend your back backwards to increase flexibility and open up your upper body.

Stretch for a minute before you begin the work out. After you are through with your stretches, move on to these simple exercises for a toned body:

1. Plank To Push Up


Lie on your bed and raise yourself up by supporting your weight on your toes and forearms. Push yourself up on your hands and repeat. This exercise will help sculpt your midsection and effectively tone your body.

2. Side Planks


Side planks are a great way to burn lower body fat. Keep the palm of one hand on the bed and raise yourself up. Stretch out the other hand while in the raised position. This will help build up your strength and also take care of your love handles.

3. Scissor Workout


This workout is a great way to fight that muffin top. Simply lie on your back and alternatively raise each leg towards the ceiling.

Repeat each exercise 15 to 20 times for a great, sculpted body!
