The best and most easiest way to save yourself from the rays of the sun is to simply cover up. The more you cover your skin, the fewer are the chances of getting a tan. Stick to cotton clothes, scarfs, and hats for the summer. 🙂

5. Use your sunblock EVERYDAY!

This may not help you get rid of the tan, but will certainly prevent you from getting one. Before you step out, make sure you’ve applied a good amount of sunscreen with SPF. Try to not use the same sunscreen that you use on your body over your face. Pick a separate one that is labeled “non-comedogenic,” which means that it won’t clog your pores and will be light on your skin.

6. Chill in the steam room

You can either visit a steam room or use an uncovered hot utensil for this one. Take steam in for a good 15-20 minutes. The idea is to let the steam open your pores and allow them to breathe. While this happens, it also helps remove toxins and and tan from your skin. Doing this twice a month is more than enough.

7. Drink plenty of water

The more hydrated you keep your skin, the more chances you give it to rejuvenate itself. Also change your diet for the better. Eat light. Foods like vegetables, fruits, and lean meat should do good for removing your tan. Also, don’t forget to moisturize your skin every day to fade the tan away.
