The key here is to eat foods for radiant skin and healthy skin. You want your skin to look fresh, dewy and supple on your big day, right? If so, then you certainly must start having these 8 foods for healthy skin are a must for that bridal glow!

1. It’s time to go nuts!

Did you know that nuts are packed with fibre, minerals, vitamin E, antioxidants, protein and unsaturated fats? Well, they certainly are! Whether you pick walnuts, cashews or almonds, you can rest assured that each of them promotes clearer and softer skin! A handful a day are excellent foods for healthy skin!
