We know that many Bollywood movies bank on the so-called “Item Numbers” for making them a hit. That’s how we end up getting many of the chartbuster hits, after all! But, of course, there are still those movies that shun such things. Now, here what’s got us a bit stumped: An item number in a movie like Jai Gangaajal?! Whatttt just happened?!! It’s as if the directors suddenly thought, “Forget about Sheila Ki Jawaani, anyone’s jawaani will do” and came up with this number. Not that we’re saying we won’t be dancing to this one at the next after-party but they just have us a bit confused as to the purpose of this song.
