Today there are 914 women to every 1000 men in our country. Is that number something we are okay with? No. Is that number affecting us? YES. Even if you aren’t directly affected by the bias that exists in the workforce in India, this video shows you exactly what our world would be like if women had the same opportunities that men do. Especially as city girls, we know exactly how much thought needs to go into planning when we know we’re going to have a late night at the office.
