We’re pretty sure she cringes a little every time she watches DDLJ, thanks to her uber thick, frizzy mane. Though that didn’t stop us from loving her, we’re glad she discovered the power of a hairdryer and swapped her style for smoother, sleeker tresses – yes, she did evolve quite remarkably. Now if only she would return to the big screen and recreate some of that magic.
2. Sonakshi Sinha
The Dabangg girl appeared on the big screen as a curvy long-haired lass back in 2010. Not that there was anything wrong with her straight locks back then, but we love how she has traded in her mane for a chic LOB. Sona’s ultra fresh short do has definitely brought a refreshing edge to her style and we totally heart the many sartorial risks she’s been taking to go with her new look.
3. Kareena Kapoor
There’s no denying that Bebo tops the list of B-town’s most stylish divas, but who could forget those dark roots and blonde strands from a few year ago? Thankfully, she got over that phase and her mane is all a single colour now. We will never tire of her famous pout and ability to make anything look stylish, even if it is just jeans and a tee.
4. Priyanka Chopra
PC’s is probably one star who hasn’t shied away from experimenting with her hair regularly. From super long hair to a super short bob, to an asymmetric style, she’s given us everything through the years. Her current, slightly longer on one side long bob is definitely our fave so far. We’re all inspired to try the messy, bedhead look now more than ever thanks to her.
5. Deepika Padukone
With a body to die for and those adorable dimples, we don’t think DPad can ever look bad. She’s gone from short during her Break Ke Baad days to poker straight and long with a box fringe for Chandni Chowk To China to the long, lush waves she sports today. Her current voluminous do has got to be our fave out of all her looks and we love when she pairs it with sultry, dark lips.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan
Ash stole the world’s heart a long, long time ago and we still can’t get enough of the stunner. We’ve always been envious of her shiny, long mane and we’re kind of glad that she never cropped it all off. But we’re so happy that she finally changed it up with a spunky box fringe for her latest magazine shoot. Here’s hoping this new look is here to say because she definitely looks cooler, younger and hot as ever.
