After the recent NMACC gala, I’ve been obsessing over Radhika Merachnat and Anant Ambani. There was something so wholesome about the couple walking the red carpet hand in hand and the way the two looked at each other. Bachpan Ka Pyar!
Anant and Radhika are childhood buddies. They used to hang out in the same social circles and even back then, many believed that these two will end up together. However, the duo started dating much later and made it official in 2018 by sharing an adorable picture together. In the snap, they could be seen lovingly gazing into each other’s eyes.
Since then, the two have been spotted at various events together and are the life of all the Ambani parties!
When Radhika Became A Part Of The Ambani Clan
Radhika became an integral part of the Ambani fam after making it official with Anant. She also attended Isha Ambani and Anand Piraml’s engagement at Lake Como, Italy. She was then spotted at Isha and Anand’s December 2018 wedding. Radhika was by the family’s side during Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s wedding in 2019.
In-Laws Ho Toh Aise!
Radhika is a trained classical dancer and after eight years of training, she gave her first stage performance in 2022. The Arangetram ceremony (debut performance) was hosted by her future in-laws at the Jio World Centre in 2022. Bollywood A-listers were invited to the event and both Nita and Mukesh were beaming with pride!
Hand-in-Hand Forever
Many 2018 reports suggested that Anant and Radhika were planning to get married in 2019. However, their fams refuted the claims. The couple finally had a low-key roka ceremony at the Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara in December 2022. And in January 2023, Radhika and Ananat got engaged in a lavish ceremony which was graced by some of the biggest names in the country. The Ambanis also gave an adorable dance performance for the couple. The most adorable part was when the Ambani golden retriever walked in as the ring-bearer.

Royalties At The NMACC Gala
While we are still waiting for Radhika and Anant to tie the knot, the couple made a stylish statement at the NMACC gala. For day one, Radhika and Anant went matchy-match in black. Radhika wore a Shahab Durazi black saree, featuring white hand embroidery. Anant complemented her in a black embroidered bandhgala set. The couple also flaunted their love for high-end accessories as Radhika’s carried her mini Hermes Kellymorphose bag worth Rs. 52 lakhs. and Anant wore his Rs 18 crore Patek Philippe watch.
For day two, Anant wore another black bandhgala and looked dapper. Whereas, Radhika wore an aqua blue chiffon saree by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, featuring moghul jaal work, sequins, and Swarovski crystals.
Aren’t Radhika and Anant just adorable? I can’t wait for their royal wedding now!
