After 13 glorious episodes, Koffee With Karan Season 7 came to an end last night and we are already feeling the blues. However, we all can find solace in the fact that Karan Johar had the perfect end to a crazy season. The final episode showcased ‘award season’ and KJo invited social media stars Kusha Kapila, Danish Sait, Niharika NM and Tanmay Bhat as jury members.

While we all agree there were too many brilliant moments this season, it was Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s banter that won everyone’s hearts. Uniammouly the jury picked Sonam’s ‘Shiva No 1’ and Brahmastra confusion and AK’s hilarious reaction to it. Well to be fair, these two had our votes as well.

TBH, if we were asked to pick the best KWK Season 7 best episode, we would have the toughest time picking any. The jury’s take was no different! The nominations for the season were— Alia Bhatt-Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor-Kiara Advani, Katrina Kaif-Ishaan Khatter-Siddhant Chaturvedi, Anil Kapoor-Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan-Janhvi Kapoor. After a long and gripping panel discussion, the jury picked Alia and Ranveer’s episode as the winner.

We bet everyone would agree that KWK’s most fun segue is the rapid fire round. This time everything had a different take on the best one of the lot. However, we have to mention Danish’s epic one-liner from the show— “This show is like a buttcrack, you can’t not look at it.” After this #Thuglife moment, the jury decided on Ranveer as the winner.

This season had some incredibly funny, moving, witty and wholesome actors on the couch but we can’t pick them all. While the judges was totally confused between Vicky Kaushal and Arjun Kapoor, the latter’s honest confession about his body issues and struggle with emotional eating won everyone over. Truth be told, that episode struck a chord with us as well, so kudos to Arjun for always keeping it real.

Now, this was the most interesting award category as everyone had the toughest time picking the winner. Among Sara, Janhvi, Sonam, Alia and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the votes were scattered all over the place. However, after a lot of chatter, Samantha was picked as the champion. Well, she did deserve it!
So, that’s all that went down in Koffee With Karan’s grand finale. NGL, we are going to do a rerun of the entire season on Disney+ hotstar right now.
