Rajiv Burman, HR director, MS-IT shared an insight about the program. She said, “When we looked back at our Microsoft experience, what we found was we tend to lose women after four to five years they join us. We were able to bring a lot of them from campuses but started losing them. Then we went back and examined all the exits and the reasons why they were leaving.
