Every desi girl’s dream is to dress up in a regal Sabyasachi outfit at least once in her life. However, not everyone can afford it, and some of us would like to keep both of our kidneys. However, this fashion blogger gave us a hack on how to get the look for a fraction of the original price!
Fashion blogger, Farheen Panjwani recreated an iconic Sabyasachi anarkali for Navroz. While the original outfit was dusty pink, Farheen recreated it in white and gold, two colours associated with the Parsi festival.
The blogger made the outfit from scratch as she personally picked out the fabric, the mirrored border, and the tassels from Tirumala designers in Borivali, Mumbai. The ensemble was also tailored in the Mumbai-based designer store. Her final look came out just as wonderfully as she had expected! Check out the video here:
While the OG Sabyasachi anarkali would cost lakhs, recreating the look would only cost a few thousand rupees.
Farheen Panjwani has proved that a true fashionista can achieve any look she desires, even if she cannot afford it. Fashion is for everyone and should not be restricted to the wealthy and fortunate.
