Swara Bhasker is trending on Twitter and the reason will leave you hella confused. According to some verified accounts, the actress just welcomed her first baby with Fahad Ahmad.
However, most of the tweets are in bad taste and have left us wondering if these rumours have been started just to defame the actress. Here are some of them:
Earlier in March, many Twitter accounts kept talking about Swara’s “baby bump” after pictures from her wedding festivities went viral on social media. However, we’d only believe any of this when we hear it from the horse’s mouth.
When Swara Talked About Adopting A Baby
In late 2021, Swara signed up as a prospective adoptive parent with CARA (Central Adoption Resource Authority). The actress spoke about the same in an interaction with a leading media house and shared, “I’ve always wanted a family and children. I realised that adoption was a way to marry these things. Luckily in India, the State allows single women to adopt. I met many couples who have adopted children, met some children who were adopted and are now almost adults. I read up on the process and experience.”
She further added, “I am now a prospective adoptive parent on CARA. I know the waiting period is long, often as long as three years, but I can’t wait to be a parent to a child through adoption.”
Given Swara’s interest in adoption, it is doubtful if she plans to conceive a baby at all and it is pretty disgraceful if people have randomly started the rumours just to talk bad about the actress. Here’s hoping Swara releases an official statement soon.
