Deepika Padukone’s Oscars red carpet look has officially broken the internet. The actress looked like a glamm goddess as she presented Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava’s historic Naatu Naatu performance in her custom Louis Vuitton outfit!
It is nice to see that Louis Vuitton finally understands what makes their gorgeous house ambassador shine. This, hands down, is one of Deepika’s best red carpet-looks ever! Here’s why:

For her very first stint at the Oscars, DP chose a classic black fish-cut velvet ballgown. To take it up a notch, Shaleena Nathani styled the sweetheart neck garment with black opera gloves. Chic!
Deepika took the minimal but statement route in the jewellery department with a diamond bracelet, a matching ring, and a statement tourmaline drop necklace—all from Cartier!
A special shoutout to Yianni Tsapatori for killing it with DP’s carefully messy bun. Sandhya Shekar has done an equally fab job with the actress’s luminous skin work and cat eyes. The nude lips seal the deal.
Deepika’s look screams old Hollywood glamour and I stan! It’s classic, it’s stunning and just hits the right spot. Okay, I am gonna ask. Doesn’t Deepika look like a trophy herself?
