Her wedding was no different as celebs turned up in their pastel blue outfits! From Ananya Panday to Aaliyah Kashyap, everyone killed it in the style department. However, it was Anusha Dandekar’s fit that had all my attention!
Anusha dressed up for Alanna’s wedding in a stunning Falguni Shane Peacock ensemble. She was a sight to behold in her intricately embellished lehenga. However, it gave me instant déjà vu and reminded me of Preity Zinta’s iconic Manish Malhotra outfit from Kal Ho Naa Ho!
Same Same But Different?
The aquamarine blue embroidery on a beige base is what makes Anusha’s outfit a show-stopper. However, Kal Ho Naa Ho fans must remember that Preity went for the exact same aesthetic in the song Maahi Ve! Her lehenga became a huge trend back in the day and has achieved iconic status over the years. The weirdest part? Even the necklines in both looks are similar! The two outfits are so close that one can easily assume they were created by the same designer. In fact, had it not been for Anusha’s long sleeves, I would have thought it was the exact same fit!

Not just Anusha’s clothes but her jewellery is also reminding me of Preity’s look. The diamond and emerald choker and the dainty earrings are just so similar.
