Arjun has been vocal about his weight loss journey. In the past, he had revealed that it was hard for him to lose weight because he was a big foodie. And this made the actor stick to a diet without getting tempted to eat unhealthy. Besides this, Arjun Kapoor also worked out two hours every day to get into shape.

He also hit the gym and did high intensity cardio sessions in the water, which is way more intense than regular cardio.

Well, it’s good to focus on your health and stay fit. But it’s absolutely not okay to follow fad diets and staying hungry to lose weight. Remember, you don’t need to attach yourself with the number that you see on the weighing scale. It does not define you!
