1. The Ethnic Clutch

Take those embellished clutches out of your wardrobe and wear them as a fashion accessory! Team one with a short dress and a long denim jacket! Make sure you choose colours for your outfit that make the colour of your clutch pop! It looks super pretty and it’s perfect for a casual day out. Now you can use your clutches with whatever you like to jazz up your look!

2. Traditional Jewellery

Those gorgeous pieces of jewellery are not just for your Indian wear. They can look fabulous with your Western outfits too! Wear that pretty necklace on top of a Victorian collar shirt instead of a regular collared one. You could also wear a high-neck sweater. Complete this look by teaming this up with denims and classic Oxfords!

3.The Dhoti Skirt

We’ve all admired those beautiful dhoti skirts on the runway and at weddings and wondered whether they are of any use to us and worth the investment. You can wear a solid colored dhoti skirt with a white shirt. Match this with an ethnic silver handcuff and get a complimenting bag to go with it. This ensemble is not OTT and is in fact just right for a weekday hanging out with friends!

4.The Sari Blouse

Take out your favorite sari blouse, and since you don’t get a chance to wear the sari all the time, wear the blouse as a crop top and pair it with a maxi skirt. If you don’t want to show the tie or hooks of the blouse at the back, try wearing this with a quirky jacket! You’ve got an excellent outfit ready!

5. The Kamarbandh

A shirt dress falls straight, but sometimes we don’t want that boxy silhouette. You generally would pick a thin belt to tie at the waist, but instead take the kamarbandh and tie it at your upper waist and gather in the shirt dress. Team this with your favorite pair of white shoes to finish it up!
